Chicken chuck ©
Skin and chop 2 chickens. Chuck into oven tray. Sprinkle with olive oil, paprika and other red spices such as Tandoori powder. Peel and chop potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, peppers. Chuck into chicken tray. Chuck half cup balsamic vinegar over lot. Bake for 40 minutes at 200.
